BACKGROUND- Chibi commissions comes with a free transparent background and a backdrop version.- Colored commissions can come with a free transparent, plain colored, gradient, or abstract background.- Rendered commissions can come with a free transparent, plain or simple background.- For requesting specific background elements an add on price may be added depending on the complexity.- I will not be doing complex backgrounds or scenes.

Terms of Service

GENERAL
- I have the right to decline your commission for any reason.- I will only work with visual references of the desired character.- If you want to attach a specific pose, I will only take it as a reference; I am not willing to copy it 100%.- I typically send updates twice: sketch and rendered.
You're free to ask for more WIPs during the process if needed.ㅤ
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- Use of my artwork for any purpose involving NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) or the training of AI programs is strictly prohibited.- Personal Use:
Personal use is limited to non-commercial, private enjoyment of the commissioned artwork (e.g., wallpaper, printing for display at home). Personal use does not include any form of public-facing monetization, branding, or promotional use.

- Digital Commercial Use:
Includes, but is not limited to, stream assets, self-promotion, and branding. This type of use is priced at 2x the base price of the commissioned artwork.- Merchandising Use: Includes, but is not limited to, items like stickers, keychains, or any product intended for resale or direct profit.
Currently not available.- While commercial permission is an option please note that my services are typically intended to be a "personal" style commission.- Privacy Fee:
If you wish for your commissioned artwork to remain private and not be posted on my social media, a privacy fee is required.
Payment of this fee ensures that I do not share the commissioned work publicly.- Portfolio Rights:
Regardless of the privacy fee, I still retain the rights to the artwork and may use it at any time for future opportunities, such as jobs or educational purposes.
The privacy fee does not cover the use of the artwork in these specific contexts.- Credit:
Do not take credit for the art; properly credit me using @arisunii (or @ariisuni for Twitter) if you wish to post the commissioned art online.
The removal of my watermark is prohibited.ㅤ
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
- Payment method will be through Paypal only.- Payments are full upfront.- The invoice will be sent and paid in EUR currency only.- I will only start on the commission once I've confirmed that it has been paid.- No refunds after the sketch has been finished and confirmed.- If, for any unforeseen reason, I cannot complete the work and cancel the commission, I will offer a full refund.ㅤ
REVISIONS
- Major revisions are only allowed during the sketching process (e.g., pose or concept).- Maximum of 3 major revisions.- Only minor revisions are allowed in later steps.ㅤ
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- As a student juggling commissions with my studies, turnaround times will heavily vary based on my real-life schedule, queue, and the complexity of the character design.- I will not be accepting deadline requests or rush fees.
